This is divided into two areas.
Technical personnel
All technical and workshop personnel are provided with full product
training. They are shown exactly what the products do. They are
given both on and off car demonstrations.
Dealer or Reception personnel
Protec have developed professional sales training programs to develope your customer facing staff in your dealership. The training program is not just for selling Protec products and services, but to teach good communication and salesmanship to your staff.
